You could say a loss is a loss? Or you could say, but for Charltons 93rd minute goal last weekend, every single one of our 11 losses would have been by a single goal?! 1-0 or 2-1. We certainly haven’t been setting the world alight ourselves, but I’m still Yet to see us get hammered by way of scoreline or performance. That’s having played 5 of the current top 6 as well. Fine margins, story of the season. Can’t deny that but we look like we wouldn’t score if we carried on playing for several hours. I don’t understand this not shooting outside the box malarkey and trying to walk it in. We are in desperate need of a decent striker and someone to create the chances. Playing it wide every single time makes me want to tear my hair out... If I had any.

We had four blistering shots from outside the box in the last 20 minutes last tuesday. Great, hope those memories of blistering misses comfort you next season when you are watching us play Cheltenham, Forest Green Criminals and Salford, because, unless we deal with our problems on the pitch, that's what's going to be happening. One of them went in the back of the net.

But anyway, this is what happens, it's just distraction from the point, we are in a world of trouble, the manager said he wanted urgent talks with the owners on Tues eve, as expected we have silence since then. The owners are playing with fire, he's going to walk away, what then?

Our players play like they think they're not allowed to win. Which is their issue, though the manager is paid to deal with this. There doesn't appear to be healthy competition for places as he keeps changing the starting line-up. Where is Broadbent? Obsessive changing the team shows massive naivety and over confidence that it wouldn't have a detrimental affect. How is Partington playing? He's so far away from being fit it's ridiculous. Hes struggling, feel for the bloke as hes a good footballer imo.

I dont think for one minute the manager will walk away but its possible he will get the sack.

We still lost, again, so I hope the memories of long range efforts that ultimately counted for nothing comfort you when we are playing Newport and Morcambe. Can you imagine, being relieved of your duties by someone like Hamer, or even worse, Wael. It would be like being stood up on a pity date.

Not sure what your driving at because i was simply pointing out that we do in fact shoot from distance and not always try to walk it in. Relegation or anything else was not what i was discussing just the shooting from range comment.

The usual crap about the manager from Mr Payter. Apparently, Darrell should be worried about his future if we lose tonight. Ok Sherlock, what's the great plan for his replacement? None. Short memories. You see this is what I said on the other forum, Rovers fans love looking backwards. LAST SEASON, in our final 20 games we won FOUR games, the rot started then and he has done nothing to stop it, if anything it's a lot worse. Can anyone see us getting anything from Doncaster or Sunderland? Me neither, by then we will be rock bottom. He has to go.

A thumping cup win at Premier League Swansea on Weds will take the pressure off DC and get fans excited for a potential Wembley visit.

If you like Wembley that much go buy a Spurs season ticket, you can hang around to watch Americans wearing crash helmets play rugby in 5 second bursts as well, I'm much more interested in us not getting relegated. BTW, Swansea got relegated last season. Historian, seriously?
