Been very disappointed with Rodman and Upson thus far. They both seem to lack 'Oomph' and don't get involved enough.Suspect Parts and Sics will be back in contention on the bench.Think another defeat will confirm it's going to be a fight against relegation season as our form has been really mediocre.Luton have an excellent home record so not expecting a win but will settle for a point or even a striker scoring!!!!!.Hope Matthews starts and that Nichols doesn't feature but hey if we win free beer all round from me. Pompey Apart, from the home games I’ve seen, you are being much too kind in saying mediocre in my opinion.

Stats at Half time. Sums up why many have stopped coming, after they started again in the first promotion season from NL. Was so good to see the Kingswood families coming again.

Lost for words. We've lost away and Nichols didn't score. You’re good at this aren’t you lol. Next project, move on. Still early days. Genuine question, are there still people who believe it will turn around ? If so then it best happen soon or it could well be as much a done & dusted by January. Surely, even the most optimistic must see there is something dreadfully amiss when we struggle to get any shots let alone a goal

DC is the best man for the relegation job I back him to keep us up.

It's all ticket, which will stop me going. Any chance of that changing? That’s odd as I’m sure I read an article from Luton themselves, that said otherwise and also gave details of places to go, for gas in the end I rang them this morning, bought 2 tickets over the phone, and picked them up at the away turnstile. Couldn't have been easier the tickets said 'Adult', although I'd swear we were sitting in child seats

just some thoughts.....
Tony Craig shielded a ball into touch 1st half, and got a petulant elbow from one of their players, right in front of the lino, for his troubles. If he'd been Neymar he'd have gone down with, at least, paraplegia, but being an old fashioned sort of centre half Craig was completely unruffled. The lino didn't see it
J Clarke's yellow was a bit silly, but otherwise he did pretty well overall. He played wing-back 2nd half, for lack of any other width, and put across some decent crosses with both feet (though only one at a time, obvs)
Ollie C also seemed to have a decent game. As my mate said, a long shot from him or Linesey was likely to be our goal threat
for about 20 minutes of the second half our front line was Bennett, Reilly and Nicholls. DC's very own diddy-men. Their centre half was about Aden Flint sized. Is that the smallest front line in the history of BRFC?
we had about 10-15 minutes of possession early in the first half, when we tried to tiki-taka it into the goal. Apart from that, I couldn't see what we were trying to do to create a goal
2nd half we weren't sure what system we were playing - I think it was 4 at the back, a narrow midfield triangle with Upson very deep and pretty much making a 5th defender, and Nicholls +1 towards the front
but for the 11 minutes of extra time Locks played right wing, which at least gave us some width at last. It seemed very odd though
Luton didn't have any stand-out players, but worked much better as a team than we did in that they had moves which were incisive. Bonham's performance stopped the Hatters having a hatfull, and he was easily MOTM
we were always vulnerable down the flanks, and particularly down the right. The midfield didn't seem to give J Clarke any cover, so that he was exposed without it being his fault
because we didn't really understand what we were trying to do, it was hard to work out what was going wrong, but Rovers were really under the cosh quite a lot. It looked for a long time like we might rob them of a couple of points, but then they scored a goal out of nothing (after they'd had a bunch of times when they seemed much more likely to score)
the Gas were very loud. Luton only piped up in the last 10 minutes. On the day we had better fans, they had a better team. I felt sorry for their bloke who was stretchered off. It was a goal-saving tackle that did for him, and not a foul either. But we guessed it was a broken leg. There had been a bit of something between the fans while he was being treated, but the Gas all clapped him off all the way. No-one likes to see that sort of thing happen, but we don't really like watching Rovers being so uninspired either
heigh ho. 'We dust ourselves down, work hard on the training pitch, and go again....' Darrell will say. The Gas will doubtless go again too

Missed something here.See the Watford loanee came on but he wasn't named on the original bench? Watched my village team in the NW Counties league to-day v Alsager.Brilliant.Crowd of 120 lovely flowing football and they have a five year plan to enhance the ground.Think we are falling behind big time as a club both on and off the pitch.

Watch out, you will have need of protection. We have already witnessed the mighty Gas go into non league while many gave the emperor tribute on his clothing. Seems we, as a collective, aren’t paying attention to the many warning signs but I’m starting to think why should I care to be frank. It’s a form a self flagellation watching us play now. Compare this side to the team that would run through bricks and got us back into the league. No comparison can be made. Lastly, this is DC’s side. Make if that what you will

11 mins? Was there a serious injury? Luton Town have confirmed that on-loan midfielder Eunan O'Kane suffered a broken leg in their 1-0 home win over Bristol Rovers. A club statement said 28-year-old O'Kane had a fractured tibia and fibula The Republic of Ireland international will have surgery before returning to parent club Leeds United. O'Kane, who joined the Hatters in August, came on as a second-half substitute but was on the pitch for only 13 minutes before he was injured. The Luton statement added: "We would like to wish Eunan a speedy recovery and thank him for his efforts during his brief spell at the club, during which he has made a big impression on everyone he has met at Kenilworth Road." Leeds director of football Victor Orta said they would give O'Kane "the best support possible to help him recover."

Really sad to hear that and wish him a speedy recovery and the ability to get back to playing. He has time on his side so hoping it’s not career changing Never would I wish on any player.
