Bristol Rovers goalkeeper Sam Slocombe is set to join League Two side Lincoln City on loan.
The 30-year-old began the season as Darrell Clarke's number one after starting at Peterborough United on the opening day as the Gas went down to a 2-1 defeat.
However, he was replaced by Adam Smith for the 2-1 victory at Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday and he's now expected to join the Imps on loan.
Lincoln have lost first-choice stopper Josh Vickers’ to a quadricep injury with boss Danny Cowley admitting that he was working on bringing in a new keeper

Sam Slocombe has today joined Lincoln City on an emergency loan deal.
The thirty-year-old goalkeeper joins the Sky Bet League Two outfit ahead of their fixture against Bury at Sincil Bank this evening.
Sam joined Rovers in July 2017, arriving at the Mem on the back of successful campaign with Blackpool - where the goalkeeper helped the Seasiders to promotion to Sky Bet League One via the playoffs.
Making his Rovers debut last season in a 3-2 victory at Bury, Sam went on to make a further twenty-seven appearances for Darrell Clarke's side - sharing goalkeeping duties last campaign with Adam Smith.
In total, Sam has over one-hundred-and-ninety EFL appearances to his name.
In recent weeks, the goalkeeper featured for Rovers in the opening two fixtures of the current campaign against both Peterborough United and Accrington Stanley.
Everyone at the Club would like to extend best wishes to Sam during his spell away from the Memorial Stadium.

I can’t remember who or which game. But towards the end of last season one of the sides in relegation trouble visited the mem, their goalie was a big guy, but also coped very well with everything and made it hard work for us. Did his performance stick in anybody else’s memory banks too?

Loan with a view to a permanent move in January, he's bought a house up North, in case you are wondering if he's thinking of staying and fighting for his place

I shall flag him to Tommy Widdrington using our ‘direct line to God’
