What is Socratic ignorance ? It’s pretending you don’t know the answer to something you know full well, in order to encourage others to explain their positions and views. That’s what psychiatrists call passive aggressive behaviour.

Yes the new family stand has a whopping 322 capacity That’s 10% of the seats we currently have. Seeing as we have been selling seats out on quite a few occasions over the last couple of seasons, a few more dedicated for families is a welcome addition.

The absolute worst behaviour and it came very close to a fully fledged fight, was over a disabled persons seat. The “ disabled” person had around 8 “ care givers ! It was vile how they swore and spat just because some werecstood around them. Vile behaviour and the stewards dud eff all. One even said “ not my problem mate “

Yes the new family stand has a whopping 322 capacity Not far off that mark. The number of seats available for the new Family Stand, when season tickets went on sale, was 342. By the deadline for orders, around 85-90 had been sold in that stand. I reckon sales in total are around the same number as last year. Difficult to tell, as a lot more were sold this time in the South-West Stand - around 270. But it may be the case some people have moved from other parts of the ground. The South Stand was about 210. The East Stand sold out in the final week, with the West Stand all gone much earlier.

I didn’t know this, nobody I know knows this and I’ve seen nowt on here. The east stand corner by the blackthorn, the uncovered bit, is being rebuild to be an all seater family stand. The dribuild terrace in front of the east stand continues. Apparently happening this summer. I thought all the "best" gasheads would know about this already? I seriously hope people understood that was tongue in cheek. Well I did, but I'm not sure about a few others If you have a silly/dry sense of humour you’ll find this happen quite often. Often at work I’ll say something with Socratic ignorance as a joke only for people to explain basic things not clocking what I’m doing. What is Socratic ignorance? It’s pretending you don’t know the answer to something you know full well, in order to encourage others to explain their positions and views. I know One year ago today.
