It was a penalty and struggled to see what Moore did to justify man of the match from the sponsors. Bennett far more a threat than Moore.A promising debut by our first ever Jordanian. All left foot but a confident dribbler who quickly got on the ball. The 15th to make his league debut so far this season. Broadbent looked uncomfortable today as Blackburn's experienced strikers showed how to put pressure on our defence. Superb strike from Lines. Jordanian? Mohammad Baghdadi is a German footballer of Lebanese descent. It sounds better if hes jordanian! youve spoiled it now.

That was an exciting end to a good game. Fair play Gas, your ground is probably my favourite out of the 92 I've visited! If you want a recap of the match, or you didn't happen to make the game, check out my video containing both goals: Feedback is appreciated! Your favourite ground? I bet you say that to all the forums Nope I honestly enjoyed that ground more than any other of the 92 I have been to.

Wasn't that on the official site when we signed him? Here we go, not only our first, but at the time the club thought the first Jordanian player to sign a pro contract in the UK. linkGhassan Abu Hassan

Ghassan Abu Hassan is not Mo Baghdadi. Too busy reckoning the ref's excess adipose tissue to have much club knowledge, then, BG.

No, but he was, according to the club, the first Jordanian to sign a professional contract. That was the point. Edit. Can you prove that. Have you ever seen them both in the same place at the same time? This is one for our resident King of conspiracy, Henbury I reckon.

Sorry I must have missed that. This is getting confusing. Maybe it's an age thing, but this forum gets more and more confusing. Nobody Jordanian played yesterday as far as I'm aware. Mohammad Baghdadi is German, born in Hanover. Harry said he is Jordanian, he isn't, our first (and the club think the first in the country) Jordanian player to sign a professional contract is Ghassan Abu Hassan, he did not play yesterday. Hopefully this will be recorded correctly if ever mentioned in one of Harry's books

it seems to me that for the 2nd half of the season in particular, Rovers games have been good to watch - tight affairs, plenty of football being played, entertaining
though we might not have as many points as we'd have liked, I think that has helped to keep our crowds high. And long may it continue

Good work groundhoppingfc and thanks for a positive review of a day at the Mem. Gasheads in decent voice, a terrace, a dilapidated old stadium, a good game of football , a deserved last minute equalizer - producing a bloody good atmosphere. Just a shame in a way that it will all be knocked down and totally re-built. Maybe.
