If we draw all our games 0-0 we are likely to go down. However, that is unlikely to happen, though we don’t score many away from home so 0-0 is probably the best we will get away. We just need to win and draw our games at home Tim ensure safety. Doesn’t sound positive on new faces coming in from the very short answer Clarke gave to Hoskins post match. 😩 Are away form has been atrocious so any points on the road are welcome. If we can keep picking up 1pt away from home and concentrate on winning the home games we will be fine Hoping you are right

But as this is the negative forum........ If you listen to the interview , on the OS, it’s DC pre match thoughts on Blackpool, he says quite a lot about the window and what he wants. It is very easy to miss as it doesn’t mention that he talks about it. Probably says more in that interview on the window than on any other interview actually on the topic

Only 2 defeats in the last 8 games, conceding far fewer. We're going to be more than fine. If we draw all our games 0-0 we are likely to go down. Assuming we will draw our remaining away games is a bit of a leap of faith. We currently average 0.64 pts away from home (14 games, 9 points). However I do think our home form will be enough to keep us clear of relegation. It would be nice to aim for a little higher than just retaining our Division 1 status.

Looking at the table this morning doesn't me feel comfortable. We are in the middle block of teams in the table and that section is very flat. Barring miracles, it looks probable that we are in the mix of eight teams, from which two will join the bottom two for relegation. It's a good job we still have DC!
But of course it is a bit early for speculation. We are only just over halfway through the season.

I'm just hoping for a slow turnaround in the next month or so &,as the weather gets better & pitches slightly better, we have a goodish run in.

We really do need that bite back in the team, that has been lacking so far this season
