Is the Hamer interview available on iPlayer or anywhere else to listen back?
(I'm a glutton for punishment)

All of Hamers interviews and the al Qadi interviews should be kept in a special archive,in the future people would listen to them and marvel at how many people believed such bullsh1tters. Meanwhile we can listen to them for comedy value,Steve saying that Rovers wouldn't miss Taylor as there were goals in the team just before 5 or 6 goalless draws, the latest rib tickler is that the January window isn't a good time to recruit players and anyway Rovers don't need any players just freshening up a bit!
Still Steve has been proved right a couple of times, apparently Rome wasn't built in a day ! fact, and it was cold in Walsalls car park in January ! who would have thought that ? well done Steve keep the good work up.

Why would you want to listen to it twice once was depressing enough Because certain elements of our fan base seem to think Hamer said the loan is interest free. I wanted to check what he actually said.

Still, going to tune into Radio Bristol for the Blackburn game later to cheer myself up.

I wanted to check what he actually said. Which contradicts what Swiss Gas had to say when he trawled through the 2015-2016 accounts - He concluded Dwane Sports were charging BRFC around 6%. If I had to believe Steve "Crazy Gang" Hamer or Swiss Gas - I think I'd go for the latter. Hopefully Swiss can clear this up.

You may, or may not, laugh at this but I actually enjoyed our season in NL & I’d be happier & more hopeful if we set up a Phoenix club and built it up under the RAFC blueprint. I’m now positive I won’t be around to see any good changes & I am sick of the lot of it. You can only take so much BS , delays and broken dreams & promises. I have now gone to games more for the company than the football for longer than I know & I will still go if only for that but when or if that stops then I will too. Man, I’m tired of the constant disappointments.

I've read the accounts up to March 2016 but I have no idea how to read them - Swiss could offer a private coaching sessions on how to read company accounts. As far as I can tell there is nothing available for this financial year yet so I have no idea where is getting his info from.

What he said was interest is being charged but at present not being drawn down but they can draw it down at anytime so although they are not actually taking the interest it is registered in the accounts so next year not only will we have interest on the debt to dwayne sports but we will have interest on the interest to pay.don't think you need Swiss to clarify that do you

I don’t want to be part of some poxy investment portfolio or rich man’s plaything. Seriously, I’d turn up to a Phoenix clubs games & be at least hopeful. I feel pig sick right now.

I don't really care if we getting a drubbing today. Might go to the next home game as it gets me out of the house for few beers, but I don't know who are playing. In reality, things are no different to a week ago, but 1% thought maybe Hamer might rubbish all the rumours and confirm full steam ahead on the Mem and Colony. Now? I feel hopeless.

I am sure interest was charges on GDs NHs etc loans over the years. I have no idea the rate although I am not sure what, if any was actually ever taken.
I guess the difference here, is people dont trust the foreign, non football fan to write it off

I can now understand why some of the players are underperforming. Then again, if I were one if then then I’d play my socks off in the hope I attract interest elsewhere

I guess the difference here, is people dont trust the foreign, non football fan to write it off I'm pretty sure they waived the interest they were due. It's nothing to do with being foreign, more being totally reliant on the good will of someone who has no interest in football.

Which, I’ve been led to believe at least one of those has been affected. One rumour, that I couldn’t get confirmed but neither denied, was that players wages were delayed and that it took outside intervention to sort. I best tread carefully here as no denial doesn’t actually confirm this
