Wild dive by 20 to get the keeper sent off.
Ref was in a good position as well.
Where do they get these officials?
No wonder their players were all laughing and giving each other high fives.

This was the worst rovers performance I have witnessed in years at the mem overall it was dire. If you cannot enjoy a game like today then I don't think football is the game for you. Games like today are what football is all about. A grim game going nowhere and us hoping that we could cling onto a point was totally transformed by what looked like from where I was a terrible refereeing decision. All of a sudden the crowd had a baddie to boo and a new hero to cheer, the atmosphere was brilliant and then we only go and get the winner. Brilliant stuff!

Posh,Fleetwood and now Walsall outplay us but we win two of those three games....funny game football The Turkish messi was class once again and I am not talking about Andre ! Well I thought Walsall were the better side for large parts of todays game, but Fleetwood, really? I thought we played really well against them and if you mean Oztumer, I thought he was average. Opinions eh?

I haven't seen it on TV yet, but it looked an awful decision by the ref, it looked like Slocombe got the ball and nothing else. I hope the cameras got a clear view of it, its surprising how often you see one thing live at the match and are convinced of something only to be proved wrong by the cameras.

Its a clear foul all day long and an automatic red card. Never in a million years. 20 knocks the ball past the keeper then launches himself a foot above the keeper's legs and goes down in a heap. Blatant cheating. The fact that he was laughing when he turned away from the ref and all his team mates were congratulating him tells you all you need to know.

Nobody has outplayed us at home this season, Posh got the better of us on the day, Fleetwood were rubbish, and today was more or less even. And Oztumer showed plenty of skill but absolutely nothing came off for him today, he was a shadow of the player he looked against us last season.

Behind the goal, but directly in front of the incident. Slocoach got none of the ball at all, and there was clear contact with the player. The player's embellishment is irrelevant, despite what Bamber thinks.

that's the fella I was thinking of - thanks got a round of applause from the rest of the team when they got back to the changing room per DC. A very tidy start... I'm not sure that tidy is quite the right word, but I liked his confidence. Walsall tried to bully him and he was having none of it. A fine debut!

Maybe he manages to fabricate some contact, it certainly didn't look like it to me, if he did then it was 100% avoidable and he could have stayed on his feet and tapped the ball in. Disgraceful. That's not said because it's done against us, I hated it when Taylor was doing it in our shirt as well.

I saw it how Bamber saw it, A blatant dive, and we can argue about if forever because I have now seen it on TV and it doesn't prove it one way or the other. Still, I'm glad it happened, the red card changed the game for us.

I saw it as a foul in real time and as soon as the ref blew his whistle the red was inevitable. It certainly enlivened the match

The crowd was noisy and pretty amazing after the red card. But dosnt this mean we were silent and no help at all to the team before that?

Click on the link above and pause it immediately just before the alleged contact and it clearly shows both of his feet clearly off the floor , cheating c@nt

Did the people stood near you think it was a foul? Mixed, as was the pub after. What does a freeze frame of his feet in the air prove?! He was running! His "dive" started before Slocombe was close to him and there was no contact. He had no thoughts of going for the ball (he "dived" instead); which he had knocked too far and was not in control of it. If anything the contact was, perhaps, a slight push from Leadbitter.
