So the fa have decided to make 'simulation' a punishable offence from next season. m.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/39962886Now, I've seen some dives in my time, but the pick of the bunch has to be The Robins pub.. (😁)

You'll need good TV evidence from a few angles. Leadbitter was penalised and I think given a yellow and it was not that clear to me it was a dive and, although this bit is dodgy, it's just not in his character.

Sinclair was punished too by a rogue ref last season. Sent off!
I hope it works both ways where you can appeal punishment with use of tv.

Cynics will believe that it will be as effective as the "anti-grappling" measures taken last early-season.

It's a start.
Next up let's get grown men who go down clutching their faces rushed straight off to hospital.
Can we have the obstruction rule back to stop this nonsense of players 'seeing the ball out of play' and running across attackers to prevent them getting to the ball before the keeper.

It's a fair point but I'm honestly struggling to find any instance of obstruction that was punished in a game this century! It seems to have been made obsolete..

Not quite, I frigging detest Liverpool. And I'm better than him at the PL score prediction game on the BBC Sport website.

It is not obstruction to referees if the ball is within playing distance. It is "obstruction" to some fans/(most fans!).

Pathetic rule.
I couldn't think of anything better than a Rovers player diving to win a penalty and boiling the piss of the opposition fans.
