.....team selection from DC today. Only one change from a side that had won 5-0 last time out, when will he learn that ,statistically, we win more games than we lose when we make wholesale changes

Defence let him, the team and the supporters down again. Not good enough. You can't keep gifting goals and expect to win.

I think we have done pretty well this season. Obviously no one wants to lose, but a sense of perspective is needed.

Our goals against column begs to differ. Our league position disagrees.

But, but at Charlton DC made six changes and screwed the fans by picking the reserves. Today was arguably the strongest available and had just come of a big win. So I think it proves Charlton was nothing to do with the changes so many got their knickers in a knot about

Our goals against column begs to differ. Our league position disagrees. We have now lost 5 away on the bounce having conceded 16 goals in the process. Good job we are winning at home otherwise things would be very different. Yes 10th place is good given where we were two years ago. However, if you are happy with the away form and the number of goals being conceded (many of them very soft from a defensive point of view) then good on you. I for one am very concerned that the defence and goalkeeping situation needs to be addressed to steady the ship.

Agree totally. A commanding Centre half and Keeper essential in the next 5 days IMO. The sad truth is that we are now playing by far the worst of the three keepers we had at the start of the season and now needing to score at least three goals to win an away match and even then I wouldn't confidently say we would win.

poor poor defending from us yet again, but end of the day we are sitting just outside the playoffs in league 1 off the back of 2 promotions , we are not going to win every game, but we need to sort out the back 4 and a the keeper or we will end up like a our strange 2nd cousins south of the river and head down the table faster than sainsbury's can pull out of a contract

It's amazing how people can write off home form because the away form is s**te.

4 straight home wins, 5 straight away defeats.
= Mid table side.
Someone show me the panic?!

Yes we need to sort the defence out. It hasn't come unnoticed by any of us
In the meantime we are also scoring and picking up points. If we were doing that yes we could panic. Right now we are doing okay. Let's identify the right defensive signings and not panic buy for the sake of trying to keep the goals out
Summer is going to be the time

So where might we be if we got said 'keeper & CB? I would also assume DC & Wael aren't so stupid they haven't noticed. And would move to resolve it if at all possible.

It's amazing how people can write off home form because the away form is s***e. Yes-it's an absurd way of thinking. Thank god it was sunny yesterday because it's raining today...Godfather 1 and 2 are no longer satisfying as films because Godfather 3 was crap....
I've seen us play at home 4 times this year and I think we've looked as consistently good (in terms of quality) in those games as any Rovers side I've seen play in over a decade. Away we've been a bit up and down but I quite enjoyed the home form on balance.....

1st post from me,shouldnt we be pushing the boat out and getting a good keeper and maybe 2 strong defenders in to push for the play-offs? For all we know we might not have another promotion chance for 10 years or more so why not go for it and improve the area where any idiot can see we are well er rubbish.

DC has 4 promotions in 5 full seasons as a manager, we might not have the chance to have a consolidation season for another 4/5 years.

I get your drift but if youve had 4 promotions why not go for another? its up for grabs right now so why not push for it? without better quality in goal and in defence we cannot get promoted so why not gamble and bring a couple of expensive players in? goalkeeper and centre-half
