My better half being the lovely person she is, decided for my birthday to buy me a new shirt was supposed to be a surprise but I guessed as was trying to be cryptic ( as I had forgone buying one as we are saving for our wedding in December) as well as tickets for Peterborough at home.
she ordered it via the club shop and asked for printing on the 5th October , got an email saying dispatched within about 5 mins. now she has queried it , being told they have no stock, 3 weeks later.
anybody have any idea if we are still having kit supply issues? or a decent email contact at the club as dear old Kay isn't much help saying she has no idea when new stock will be in , and my better half is getting annoyed

Dear Young Kay is only the messenger so doing as much as she can.

Isn't this the sort of thing we thought we had moved away from when we went to Macron? The cost of the product went up, quite a bit, nobody complained, surely in line with that the customer is entitled to at least know when the item will be available, or is that too much to ask?

But I don't recall them running out of stock, other than not planning for the Conference playoff final. Now Macron are the whipping boys - maybe the issue is that sales have outperformed expectations (a bit like our results so far!). It is frustrating, especially the delay in pre-season delivery of stock, but rumour is that Macron are a more professional supplier than Errea, so hopefully as we move forward the problems will get ironed out. Time will tell.....

I have gone to the man at the top via twitter, as they took the money quick enough and still for sale via the web shop and he has promised to look into it.
think it stupid that now a 3 months into the new season and we are still having kit supply issues , oh well will have to wear last years shirt for the next home game, my better half is coming with me to the blackthorn end ( no not thatcher stand) it was and always shall be the blackthorn, until I stand/sit/lie down in shock in the New stadium
