It was the last Tuesday in September 2009 when we won away to a team whose name started with "S". We were third in the table. The following Saturday we were hammered away to a team whose name started with "N". Things seemed to deteriorate after that
If results go our way on Tuesday we could be third in the table. If so any chance we can get next Saturdays game called off?

Southampton away 3-2 win, Andy Williams 96th min winner. One of the best away nights ever.
Went to Norwich full of optimism on the Saturday but found ourselves 4-1 down at half time. Finished 5-1 & that 5 1/2 Gas express home felt twice as long!

Isn't it great, really good feeling after today then up comes some coincidence from way back and then you begin to think? But, I realise I don't believe in all this mumbo jumbo, touch wood we'll be alright. They are two tough fixtures though, but I'm going to savour the moment.

I'd almost settle for a similar pair of results because 3 points for a win would be better than a pair of draws. And that Southampton night goes down as one of the best and to repeat that would be great.
