I thought one of the best all-round displays by Ellis today. It's not all about impact. His,off the ball running, willing to take defenders on, heading was great to see. He seems right up for the challenge of becoming an established front line player at this level..
I especially liked his mickey taking of them wasting time by wasting time and then getting a,corner out of it! Then.....doing it all again!
Took his goal well. Linked up with Easter well. Put in some tantalising crosses second half. Unlucky not to be m o m.
Excellent! Keep it up!

Ellis was great today, especially defrnsively at the end and for we was only second behind Easter for MOTM.

Ellis today was his usual self, inconsistent. In the first half, he, like everyone except Roos, Easter and Gaffney, was poor. In the second half, perhaps because of the great goal he scored, he was transformed. For example, I didn't see him win one ball in the air in first half, but he won mos in second. The other issue is that he rarely, if ever, looks up before he crosses. Elsewhere, the formation in the first half gave them far too much space wide. MOORE MADE A LOT OF DIFFERENCE WHEN HE CAME ON but Bodin was, again, hardly in the game. Onwards and upwards.

If Harrison was technically gifted he would be too good for League 1.

I'm surprised how much he's improved this season and he's clearly earning a starting place bearing in mind he went on loan in feb. Hard work is the key there and he's young so he can improve further. He been a bonus.
Wales 2 vale 1 . Just saying......
