Having queued since 08:40 to be told there are none left at Kingswood. They only had 750 in total and allowed people to buy more than one per person because they showed other priority 1 ID. There are a lot of angry fans and many much older were allowed to queue with no one even saying a word. This really is a disgrace and it needs addressing. My legs and back are hurting very much but I feel for those much older than me. Just to repeat
NOTICKETS AT KINGSWOOD

Technically I guess if you have an ST and a share Scheme you can buy more than 1 and I think it has been like that for years. To me if you have more than 1 priority group 1 membership you should only be able to purchase 1 ticket in these limited number circumstances. (Obviously Wembley is a bit different)
If people have 10 voucher D’s and purchase 10 tickets on behalf of other people then that’s fine
On a slight different note, I understand the want to go to Chelsea. I would love to go myself and could have got a ticket as an ST holder but unfortunately can’t get the time off work, but I can’t get over the desperation of some people to get to this game. People offering to buy vouchers and the like

When you say "More than one per person" does that mean you expected everyone who wanted a ticket and had a voucher or qualification to turn up in person??? That's not very realistic. My father-in-law was at Kingswood at 08:00 this morning and got served at 10:20. He's 85 but was willing to queue for the family, as we all work and wanted tickets together, and got 10 tickets using all our vouchers. One voucher = 1 ticket is fair, but turn up in person I don't think you can enforce that.

I queued from 0815 and bought 5 tickets - each supported by Voucher D from my, and my mates', season tickets. Whilst I feel for those who were unsuccessful, the real issue is that the Club failed to provide Kingswood with sufficient stock to meet this morning's demand.

Qued from 7:45 at the Mem, probably 100 people ahead of me & some had 10+ season ticket books in there hand.
Huge b'stard for people who will miss out later this afternoon, but what can you say? These sales have gone entirely to ST holders (or people producing a voucher at least) and the allocation is 1500 short of everyone getting a ticket each.
Fingers crossed they release a thousand or so more, giving all our ST holders at least a chance of getting to the game.

Having queued for over 2 hours at Kingswood, I'm now in the Mem queue and its touch and go.
This is a monumental Feck up, totally misjudging the demand in Kingswood. Hope the club, given the new spirit of communication, comes out with a statement on this.

Yesterday I was told that there would only be 500 tickets at Kingswood, I got to Kingswood at 7.15 thus morning was about 20th in the queue and the front 6 rows had already Been sold, when I left and walked around the corner I knew that alot of people in that queue were not going to get tickets at Kingswood today, they should of handed out tickets to people in the queue to know when they would of sold the allocation, so basic and simple but very much overlooked.

Helpline and the other priority one groups. It had people buying 3-4 for themselves as they had the priority due to being in all the priority 1 groups. Surely that isn't right or fair on those who queued for so long only to be told, last minute, they were sold ? I stayed behind just to leave my comments but they then sold around 20-30 more tickets to those who stayed. I was one of them. I went to get one for a friend & not for me. At least I got an older fella to wait with me and he got one. He was thanking ME ! Lol Honestly, it was not necessary to let people queue so far along, not when they were down to the last 40-50 eh ?

The club just are geared up for things like this. Something that has just been part of the when we build the new ground, when we move problem for decades That said if you have more than one priority one dont beleive that should give you twice the priority on a limited supply of tickets especially when we are over 5000 ST holders and that should be addressed. Not sure how many tickets Coventry will give us but on a saturday i imagine that would be a popular game and i wouldnt want people to 'double dip' on tickets if a limited number

Left home and at the Mem by 710am ..about 100 in front of me. They opened shop at 830am to sell and we were told to remove voucher D from books. I got my six tickets 5 voucher D and one share scheme by 915am. Walking back to car in car park at Mem it was now full and about 500-600 queuing for tickets and more trying to join the queue. Fair play to Rovers had young girls selling bottles of water, tea, coffee and soft drinks to those queuing. The two hour wait was well worth it. Thought it was handled well with stewards and so were the shop staff who worked under pressure. Looking forward to tonight and next Tuesday....so much better than Alfreton and Bath City in the FA Trophy.UTG
Footnote ...shades of getting Forest Green tickets and so pleased I made the decision to go to the Mem and not Kingswood.

After two hours in Kingswood and 90 minutes at the Mem I finally got mine!!!
Still a massive underestimate of the demand for 199 (again). Would be better in future to sell from one place. At least we would all know where we stand then.

I really can't see what the club have done wrong. The only thing they could maybe do next time, is announce how many tickets will be sold from Kingswood, and how many will be sold from The Mem.

Just sell them through one place. Yes, or that. I assume they thought selling at Kingswood would help some fans, which it probably did. Every time we get a game like this, there are the same complaints, but if the club have more priority group holders than there are tickets, someone will always miss out. E.G.My 1883 club membership costs £1500, but won't get me a ticket, yet season ticket holders, who spend less than a third of that will get one , so there are all sorts of anomalies that will always lead to someone losing out. I have always thought if I REALLY wanted a ticket for a Rovers match, then I would find a way to get one.

Bin off Helpline as a priority one would be a starter.

Assume we will need to wait for the new stadium before member cards and internet booking will resolve this problem. Pictures Ive seen today are reminiscent of the Cup ties of the 1970s
