Jordan Evans came through Wrexham's academy from the age of 10 before joining Fulham aged 15. Evans signed a one-year contract extension with Fulham in July 2015, keeping him at Fulham until 2016.On 22 September 2015, Evans was an unused substitute for the League Cup game against Stoke City at Craven Cottage. Fellow Welsh Under 21 international who knows Tom Lockyer & Ellis Harrison.
In November 2015, Evans joined League Two club Oxford United on loan until 17 January 2016 He made his first senior appearance as a second-half substitute on 6 December 2015 in an FA cup tie against Forest Green Rovers. His first senior start followed in the Football League Trophy against Yeovil Town on 8 December; Evans scored his first senior goal after just five minutes, an "unstoppable shot" from distance. He went on to make his first Football League appearance on 12 December 2015 against Carlisle United, coming on as a second-half substitute at the Kassam Stadium
Evans was released by Fulham at the end of the 2015–16 season.

I hope he's patient, Lee Brown took us up!
In seriousness we've been lacking in cover at left back for years, this is a sensible signing even if he's not ready for first team football yet.

Assume this is speculation given the ? In the title. There's nothing on social media or on BRFC Official Website about our most recent ''signing,'' so I think that it is a bit of an assumption. Mind you I did hear DC say in a Radio Bristol interview this morning, that he expected to have a further 2-3 signings in the squad before the end of August. So who knows?

I believe he is on trial. Harry has just done a copy and paste job from the Bristol Post site.

So to clarify, we have a left back who is on trial with us, and may or may not have signed for us. But it is possible he won't be signed in any case. Ok. Think I will wait and see on that one.

No, someone at Cirencester tonight asked DC.
Would have been easier if you had said that in the first place!

No, someone at Cirencester tonight asked DC.
But DC may have been trying to put off other interested parties.

Lets give DC some credit please! He`s brought a useful looking prospect in as a trialist at left back. Sounds like a good plan, if he works out, he`ll get offered a contract, if not he won`t, and in any event he may get a better offer elsewhere. Sounds like pre season football to me! Remember a few years back when DC trialled Ryan Higgins, who some of us thought was quite useful. DC thought so too, but then Daniel Leadbitter became available and DC`s priorities changed.....
