[b What would you know about winning football matches? After your latest pasting your manager described your joke of a franchise as a 'premier league club in training' icing on the cake for another Gas win and franchise pasting UTG. We just played a Premier League team in all but name. We play decent sides. Not the Mickey Mouse crap you play. Sounding increasingly desperate.

Making excuses for being a poor championship club now. Couldn't make it up Are City just a league 1 club in all but name then, because they're heading back that way.

Try telling that to the current crop of franchise kiddies though...

Yes Rovers could do it,the team seem to have confidence,Taylor is in good form, hopefully there will be no injuries. I just hope that York isn't a rerun of Dover, what a day that was...but its in Rovers hands now they aren't depending on others results. I think if any team is under pressure its Oxford,Lunstram suspended, they could be overtaken, going to be an interesting 34 days.

There's definitely a lot about this season that's been a mirror image of the last one - Stewie sitting a large chunk of it out because of injury springs to mind too. The bitterness from the red side seems a lot more extreme though.

The bitterness from the red side seems a lot more extreme though.Tis a strange one that, the engine of the team i.e. Mansell and Sinclair missing from the team and we're still doing well. If as we were told Mansell's groin was hanging out then presumably he'll be out for some while. We were told Sinclair would be out for six weeks with a similar injury following his operation so maybe he'll be in the mix for the run in. They're a bit like us, they don't like their bitter rivals (although of course they say they don't consider us to be anymore) having any success and would love to see us lounging around in League 2 or lower for ever. Mind you being in a relegation scrap must be making the supporters of that massive club poop their pants ha, ha

Ah the weekend warriors still alive down in sunny henley then, thought you had gone awol these last few weeks karsie, coming up to may2nd again and all that pain you still suffer with, i guess watching jenna jameson helps the stress from that painful event, you mucky little ted. May 3rd is also coming up. When you crashed out of the football league (something we've never done), assaulted your own player, punched horses fighting with the police and abused your board of directors. Then bizarrely tried to blame it on our fans in the away end. Or have you forgotten all that now?

No you haven't been non league yet,but then you have only been going for 34 years since your old club went bankrupt owing shedloads, have you forgotten that ?. As for the behaviour of our fans maybe you should look at your own, pitch invasions and assault on opposing players!!spitting at your own manager!!arson attacks on rivals grounds!! and several desecrations of a war memorial!!! charming lot you are. You really are like a turd that wont flush away, what is your obsession with this forum ? maybe you get off on being humiliated.

He is a boy not a man, he would probably not be aware of the arson attempts, and probably not be aware of the sh1thead that kicked a police dog to death at the vetch field in the 80's. And the little boy is certainly not educated enough to understand phrase 'people in glass houses'. Club identity flushed down the toilet by a turncoat ex Gashead who has found a love for the rugby, damn right the natives are getting restless prior to us building a bigger and better stadium.

Our Kaiser lives in Henley-on-Thames doncha know (or so he claims at least, but personally I still think that it's Withywood), so he's permitted to look down on the rest of us all from his lofty perch. But it's safe to say that he doesn't do self-awareness.

As he's obviously so keen to drag up the past and grab the moral high ground, maybe he would like to remind us all about the story of their Chairman Leslie Kew and his 9 month ban from football?
Not fit to carry the name of our fine City.

Why are we letting some irrelevant knuckle dragging inbred take over this thread?
It was and is about our club, our fans and our season, not some random low life from wherever who clearly has issues with not knowing where he/she/it/whatever would be better putting their uneducated bile.
If it was constructive posting then might be worth it.
In answer to the OP - yes we can.

Rest assured Kaiser that May 2nd's joy far out-weighed the sadness of events on May 3rd!!!
To beat your bitter rivals to gain promotion and then win the league will take some beating!
UTG!!!

Get over it mate, take a good look at citys record for fighting police or anyone they dont like the look of, smashing up pubs with kids in, spitting on their own players, punching the ref at reading. The list gos on, and you really should have gone to the wall in 82 except you shafted everyone and reformed as the 82ers

Then bizarrely tried to blame it on our fans in the away end. Or have you forgotten all that now? Right, let et me think. Oh, don't have too. Joe Jordan covered in gob when trying to calm a frenzied mob of teds, at Twerton. Happened many more times bTW. Abusing their own players and bobbing at them, at home games. Racially abusing Ellis Harrison and, spitting at him ( what is it with spitting) throwing glass bottle, filled with p155) at us in the tinpot trophy. Sending letters threatening their own heroes ( AG8) threatening them with physical harm, abusing their wives and kids when out shopping? Putting faeces through the letter boxes and vandalising their cars. Punching a horse and beating up a pub full of furniture, at Cardiff. Attacking family coaches of fans. Chasing players from the field of play. This could run and run but the special teds, they have such a selective memory eh. When you next see Geoff Merrick, ask him what happened yes, there was extreme upset when we got relegated but I feel we contained ourselves very well, all things considered but the teds now saying HORSES, it's plural now. Like Chinese whispers, it's adding to the tally. I will say that the PR department at AG are so far ahead of what we had then. I am sure that will change now. No way will I sit and listen to that, not from that lot. I've heard some crap in my time but to try and say that somehow we are wrong uns, they can't handle the truth. They were the first to use ammonia in Jif lemon squeezers and carry Stanley blades. Wonderful lot the teds eh. Maybe you are too young to remember it fella but you do not have any chance of holding the moral high ground, not in any way, shape nor form
