If I buy a loaf of bread for an undisclosed price from Tesco, eat a bit of it and then leave the rest to go mouldy and then the bin men take it away, would I expect a refund from Tesco?

I sincerely could not give a rat's ass how many goals he scored. We still got relegated anyway and he played a BIG part in it. So yeah, you'll not be missed, save your stupid tweets for yourself you c**t

Attitude problem most definitely but imagine him playing for us in the skrill. He would tear teams apart. Glad to have the wage space though. laughing4 He is a dreadful player. Dreadful? Are you being sarcastic mate? People are too quick to denounce his ability due to his attitude. Yes he is no where near as good as he thinks he is but that doesnt make him a dreadful player. You must have some type of ability to score 13 goals in a very poor team.

Returning to the subject of John-Joe O'Toole, and his quite amazing disappearing act, does anyone know how BRFC stand regarding the ''undisclosed'' fee that they paid Colchester United for his services? I quite understand that the club will not have to pay him for the remaining two years of his contract (and that will be a healthy saving in itself), but what about the fee? Is It just gone, like O'Toole? The Bristol Post is reporting that there was a relegation release clause inserted into his contract, but it does seem a funny way to run a business, it seems that someone was contemplating failure even then. I just hope that the ''undisclosed'' fee wasn't too eye-watering, but somehow I doubt it. Looking on the bright side, it could be that the money that BRFC will receive as a result of Rickie Lambert's transfer will offset the loss on the O'Toole fiasco. I really would love to know how much we paid Colchester for him, but I don't suppose that I ever will. I wouldn't imagine there would be a fee at all. We'd be glad to be shot of him. Wages saved, and also if he stayed it would be one more thing for the fans to attack the board over. I would say, yes it's just gone. We've paid for a service which didn't live up to expectations, so we've cut our losses. Would it show up as XXXXX quid paid to Colchester? I've no idea. That would make a farce of the undisclosed fee, being disclosed a few months later surely.

Na just my opinion take his goals out of the equation, he has to be considered one of the worst players in a team that was relegated out of the football league. There weren't many non-dreadful playing for us last season, which along with dreadful management is why we will be playing against village sides this season.

£400k saved in wages for a player who blows cold colder and occasionally hot Never wanted us to chase him in the summer, never wanted us to break budget and never ever wanted (if known ) a relegation clause Imagine situation. Player not happy, knows he can get out if relegated, and has a free header in front of goal in last few minutes Does he score, or does he miss (clue he missed) Yeah, took us down deliberately. Shocking allegation. I guess stupid relegation clauses leave you open to these kind of allegations, though. Should never have been written into his contract. He knew if he played well for us he would probably earn a move anyway, so totally unneccessary. If his agent talked Nick Higgs into this one then more fool our chairman (again...) Where is the allegation? On other hand which part isnt true? He had a contract which had a relegation clause in He expressed that he didnt want to be playing at our level He had a header He missed What was going through his mind in that split second we'll never know - but we should never have been in a position where it was even a 0.000000001% possibility.

Mr Mildenhall's agent, for reasons unknown to me, is circulating showreels of his fairly successful season for Bristol Rovers. As I am sure he is totally committed to you for the rest of his life I have no idea why this is. Possibly a failure of communication? Perfectly natural for agents to send out showreels of all of their clients to clubs, regardless of whether they want to leave or not. I believe it was Ollie who said he had over two thousand dvd's sent to him a couple of seasons ago and that they were stacked up in his office. Even Andy doorman had a showreel that was on Youtube at one point!
Don't read too much into it, i'm betting most of the Lincoln squad have their showreels in other clubs managers office as we speak... Agents earn money and pay rises by moving players on. I'd imagine Bale's agent is constantly telling teams he is available, whether Bale knows it or not. On contracts, Clubs , especially lower league clubs need to unite and refuse to use stupid clauses, whether the PFA recommends them or not.Its time football and fans took some of the power back from players. Or should we just accept Toure can get a transfer because he didnt get a 900k car for his birthday?

Southend United manager Phil Brown: John-Joe O'Toole won't come cheap after being released by Bristol Rovers SOUTHEND United manager Phil Brown has revealed John-Joe O’Toole would be an expensive addition to his squad.
The Shrimpers boss is keen to bring the goal-getting midfielder to Roots Hall.
But, having held talks with the player’s agent, Brown now knows that O’Toole will not come cheaply to the club.
“John-Joe is on our radar still, I’ve spoken to his agent but he would be an expensive option for us to be honest,” said Brown.
“I’m not ruling it out and I’m certainly not going to say no at this stage, but I think that one is going to come down to money in the end.”
O’Toole rejected a switch to Roots Hall last summer and instead opted to join Bristol Rovers.
The 25-year-old bagged 15 goals and was named in the PFA League Two team of the season.
But that was not enough to stop the Pirates suffering relegation and Brown believes O’Toole must now regret not joining Blues.
“John-Joe rejected a move to us last summer to join Bristol Rovers but I think he probably feels as though he made the wrong decision now,” said Brown.
“Hopefully we can get him this time though because we need to bring more goals into the team.
“Ryan Leonard got eight or nine from midfield last season, Kevan Hurst got 12 but we if we could John-Joe O’Toole in with them as well then we would be getting even more goals from that area of the team, which is what we need.”
However, the Shrimpers are not the only side tracking O’Toole – who is available on a free transfer this summer.
League One newcomers Scunthorpe United are known to be keen on bringing in the midfielder while Crewe and Chesterfield are also believed to be interested in securing his services.
