Yes this is a dumbass question but, shareholders only? After the main business of the meeting for shareholders lasting no more than 30 mins normally there is a general question and answer session with the manager and Directors Supporters Club etc and this can be attended by non shareholders.

You need to check this as last year non Shareholders were NOT allowed to attend the Q & A.
I got it in the ear for saying they were and a contributor's relation on here was barred and I am reminded of my error at every opportunity.

Well it is a shareholders AGM, not the Supporters Club or other meeting. So would assume only Shareholders can attend both sections of the event.

Fondest regards John Malyckyj Hi John, I have heard a lot of nothing but good things about yourself and how you tried to bring about real and sustained progress. I would like to think that you may want to play a part in the new Robers set up ? wishing you all the very best fella. Nice to put a real name to a poster.

Thanks Mike. I will try my very best to attend as I have not had the opportunity to even see our new guys plus I have enjoyed being around when the regular and non share Holding fans can ask a question or two, in a non hostile environment and let's face it, it's been pretty hostile in the last years. I hope I can make it

This isn't a Supporters Club AGM where anyone is allowed in but of course if you are a shareholder then you'll be fine.

I had to look it up, only being able to remember the second line (which is of only passing use), but: In March, July, October, May The IDES fall on the fifteenth day The NONES the seventh; all else besides Have two days less for Nones and Ides. I can't help thinking it should be 'two days fewer', but then I guess it wouldn't scan.

Let's hope our new owners are a bit more flexible than the previous ones, whilst it's logical that only shareholders can attend the Shareholder AGM surely every fan should be invited to attend Q&A session?

Why? It is a shareholders' meeting and shareholders may want to ask questions and not have it hi-jacked by others? There is a similar event for the supporters club where fans can ask questions.

A couple of questions for those in the know. Are those who have contributed to the Sharescheme classed as shareholders if not how are those shares considered to be held, are they in the name of the Supporters Club ? If they are in the name of the Supporters Club, does that mean as a member of the Supporters Club I could attend the Shareholders AGM ? 'Bridgey'
