Says I don't have permission to use it Me neither fella. We are probably both on some High Court blacklist If you just type casetracker.justice.gov.uk into your browser, then enter 20152702 as the case number and click search, the system should find the case. Then click again on the case number for the details.

Should we assume about six weeks for the verdict again? If so, allowing for it being a leap year, that takes us to about mid-March. Beware the Ides of March. I just hope, after two and a half years of limbo, that resolves it.

Surely most of us have given up on this complete and utter **** up ? does anybody really think Shamesburys are going to give BRFC any money, any time soon. I don't, they will have a top notch legal team with long pockets, we have higgsie and boycie, really ! can you ever see this pair getting the job done ? this all equals at best staying at the MEM for the foreseeable and at worst H&B losing us the ground. utg

As far as staying at the Mem I can't see that happening whatever the outcome as if we lose surely it will have to be sold to pay off the Wonga loan/Director's loans?

Well something will have to give if we lose. And to be honest I think we'd probably all like to get this appeal done and dusted (irrespective of the outcome) so we're not just sitting in this horrible limbo. I mean surely, surely , General Watola has foreseen that there is a possible scenario where we lose the appeal and need a financial strategy to service the circling sharks and vultures going forward. He doesn't have a great track record in risk analysis I grant you but ffs this has to have been considered. What the strategy might be is probably what scares me most though!

Our risk strategy was last seen on a desk in the marketing department!!! Circling sharks & vultures form an orderly queue - sharks at the top of Glos Rd, vultures from the bottom!

Assuming CS has been brought into to assist the BoD, and not just act as NH's spokeperson w/o being actually told anything, then hopefully he will have flagged that we need to plan for the worse should we lose the case. Although whether NH/TW listen to him is clearly another matter.

It made I laff it did. 3 days of complicated legal argument. Consultations with outside experts, days (upon days) of research from barristers, potential liability for Sainsbury's costs and court fees, plus further delay in any plans to raise funds elsewhere...I play the lottery because it's £2 and a bit of fun, I wouldn't play the lottery with the money all that would cost.

I suspect Bristol rovers have a very creditable case and in other circumstances would be in a far stronger position already. I can't say what I really believe otherwise I would be in court, I won't be the only one on this forum that feels the same.

I doubt there's anything you could say on this matter that would expose you to prosecution. Are you suggesting the judicial process has been bought in favour of Sainsbury's? Or is it specifically a vendetta against Rovers? Perhaps SL is behind it?
