So with no evidence that NH wants to pull his money out of the club, no evidence that a smaller ground is being considered, no knowledge of what plan "B" is in any detail other than that there is one, no knowledge of any new investor. Does that about sum up what is known or not known? Known unknowns?!!! True also "unknown things haven't happened yet".

Just my own gut feeling that NH is holding out to get his money back. He turned down Darryl Eaves investment and the guy then went to invest in Oxford. I won't go into one of my rants as my views are clear but it seems to me that Nick Higgs will not cede any shares to anyone and is holding onto the reins until he gets his money out. I feel he is putting his own interests before the clubs long term future. If Vital has was right and I do believe he is then it would seem we are looking at plan B being a one third partner in a reduced capacity stadium at UWE and I can't see that as sustaining the club to progress. Hey, as I have said before, hope I am wrong. I guess that so many years of broken promises and dreams has left me not exactly believing what we are told. Th decisions being made in the next couple of Months will be pivotal for BRFC. We were told that nothing but the UWE, in its original form, would be good enough to progress the club. I guess it is up to the individual which they believe. BTW. No need to say anything about having a pop, I am not that overly sensitive nowadays. So with no evidence that NH wants to pull his money out of the club, no evidence that a smaller ground is being considered, no knowledge of what plan "B" is in any detail other than that there is one, no knowledge of any new investor. Does that about sum up what is known or not known? KP said "Just my own gut feeling". And I would rather trust that (based on historic accuracy) than any of your 'in the know' statements.

So a lot of people have been hinting but without the balls to say what they know the day will bring.

Maybe the only way to get Chairman Higgs out is with a coup d'etat

I think that what irks me most is that NH is this top gashead, I keep being reminded of this. Surely, if he was such a great fan/supporter then he would take some kind of loss of the investment ? I mean, we invest each time we go but we don't ask nor get any of our money back. I know this is over simplifying it but I would like to think, that were he such a top gashead, he would be prepared to maybe take a 10-15% haircut on the money "invested" , no ? I know, I am being naive. I just see a man who is maybe risking his health by holding on too hard and for too long. I haven't seen him close up so I believe what you say, surely any responsible adult would understand that life is more than about being the perceived top man, at a small club that is verging on tinpot status under his leadership and that maybe he would do well by delegating and getting to enjoy his life ? I don't think my own expectations could be lowered anymore to be frank. I just live in that bubble of hope that each of us has had no choice but to live in, IF you decided to be a Rovers supporter. I think goodnight Irene could not be a better anthem for our club. It's always only in our dreams eh mate. I will never understand how any adult could take it as far as he has. If his health is suffering then he really should be considering the opportunity to get out. Who knows, maybe he could even then enjoy coming to games again, as a fan ? In as much as I have problems with what and how he has done things, I would not wish anyone to get sick. I am really not having a go at you KP but have I missed some statement from NH saying he wants to pull his money out of the club, why is it that most people think that? Investing (if you want to call it that) in a small loss making football club was never going to reap great financial rewards in the short term, in the future maybe and that's a huge maybe. Please enlighten me, or any one else who knows. He made it clear around the time of the previous 20man interview he wanted to move on, everybody knows he has interests in Italy and it seems v. likley he wants to spend more time over there in the future. There's clearly now so many posters apparently ITK about Plan B that there must be some truth in the plans fans are worried about? It's also clear Plan b must involve selling the Mem and seeking outside financial assistance.

The Vital gas site has good form on getting it right & personally I believe what was written. We shall see eh. I also keep saying that I will be very happy to be wrong. I am not hoping to be smug & right. Come in NH, make me smile because I am wrong, please
