I suggest that win or lose NH will have spent a lot of time on the phone or in discussions today with legal advisor(s) and BOD members. Much more important than attending a football match at Sutton. But excluding Ken Masters and Brian Seymour-Smith who are not invited to all Board meetings.
Supporters should be asking why they are not invited to ALL Board meetings, especially in view of the amount of investment made by BRSC in the football club.
Really? Okay, I'll ask: why are they not invited to ALL Board meetings, especially in view of the amount of investment made by BRSC in the football club? (although the the amount of investment is immaterial, a Director is a Director, with equal responsibility for corporate governance). I'll also ask why they accept that. After all, half the board once resigned (quite rightly) on that principle. BSS, can you help out here? [Ken Masters long since written off as a dead loss gob on a stick]

Not here to debate every point or over analyse, just I can only see the verdict coming in our favour.
Or else contracts wouldn't be worth jack sh*t.
You can't sign a contract in good faith then change the terms to suit your own means (hours of delivery), then change it again by stalling and say it's not valid cos you were hoping all along some technical detail would alleviate your responsibility. Unless you're Greece.
Understand some of you will contest my opinion, that's your prerogative, but if there is any faith in this justice system, it's got to come down in our favour..
Either way, let's be supportive, GasHeads. Good luck NH&co plc. UptheGas..

Ignoring the fact that Sainsbury's may have wanted out as early as possible, I don't think Sainsbury's have tried to change the terms have they? All they have argued is that certain things were either not fulfilled in time (as per contract) or they did not have to appeal (as per contract) and thus the contract is no longer valid.
From the reports we got about the case the party trying to change the deal was Bristol Rovers and CIL payment
This is all appreciative of the fact we have only had a fraction of what was mentioned in court and all I can go on

I was quite confident, until I read this. My faith in the justice system never recovered from the 1970s. The Guildford 4, The Birmingham 6, The Jackson 5, Blake`s 7. Need I go on?

Maybe they just wanted the land to stop someone else having it. Who knows?

Yes, Rolls Buildings at south end of Fetter Lane ("Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane" into Google Maps) Court 16 is right at the end (in the corner) of the 1st floor, keep walking forward at the top of the stairs

Good on you guys who can get to the Court. Let's hope Mrs Justice Proudman gives no quarter to the Orangemen, and finds for the Blue and White Quarters
