Strange mixture I think ......JMW could be half decent ....I don't know the other two .
Chopra would be exciting if not a dangerous signing ..... I heard somewhere Billy Bodin was training with us but not seen anything on here which is a surprise given the insider knowledge of some .

I think Bodin was discussed slightly in the pre-season thread that popped up the other day.

When he played for City, he was a load of s***e. 27 years old and already ten clubs ??!!! If that doesn't constitute a journeyman then I'd like to know what does. From what Darrell said in an interview on the BBC website the other day, reading between the lines, sound s like the budget he has to work with is not really that big. Hope we don't end up signing loads of has beens, or never beens. What happened to our resident internet talent scout, Wes I think he he was called or something, he could sort Darrell out with the best of up and coming non league talent, lol. Seriousky though we don't seem to be looking at non league players other than conference level. Surely there are lads out there playing at Southern League etc level that might be worth a punt. Mangotsfield have got this player called Ibrahim Diallo or something that I thought was really good on the ball when I saw them last season. I'm sure someone well tell me he's sh*te though and that Matt Taylor is the best striker in the whole of league 2.

On the 6/7/2015 Chopra signed a 1 year deal at league 2 side Bristol Rovers as the food and gambling addiction specialist. He will wear the number 69 shirt.

I wonder who's signing these players? Bisset &Clark seemingly after good games against Rovers, Easter & Lines after they asked to join us, Montano after his agent approached the club now 3 trialists & Chropa who clearly don't fit the DC mould?

I am totally underwhelmed by the 3 trialists, they seem just like fodder. Chopra Harris however...he might be worth a gamble. Is that the same fodder we had in 1990 and the same fodder as last season? Just wondering given the amount of pre season skepticism served up this time last year and the useless part timers made up of tyre fitters and electricians from 1990.....

Really not sure about Chopra, saw him a few times when he played for the tykes but that was ages a go. Baggage but then again DC did well with Ellis, maybe he has been given a chance to show he is still up for it.

Lets remember we're still at triallists stage with a lot of these names. How many of us thought Ryan Higgins was a dead cert signing after a coouple of promising displays in pre-season, yet in the end DC went for Leadbitter and Ryan ended up at Telford.

James M has just tweeted that the chopra link is rubbish. Good - people seem to be suggesting he'd be a good signing based on the past. But in the present he has been terrible for ages and is clearly finished as a professional.
