Either it's an error or the club are trying to make some money out of the glory hunting fans who haven't already bought a ticket, I can't see that's a problem?

Either it's an error or the club are trying to make some money out of the glory hunting fans who haven't already bought a ticket, I can't see that's a problem? Or ordinary fans that haven't bought a ticket yet.

Of course, there is a possibility it may all be a non-event after 5pm on Saturday. Just saying like......!

To be honest, the "Away Terrace" is the only part of the Memorial Stadium that I personally have not watched a game from (excluding the boxes). I would pay a premium for that alone, especially for a game of this magnitude.

They are now at the prices we expected (i.e Adult £16 / Conc £9 / Kids £8).
So it seems like it was a mistake.
And if the figures on the website are accurate, maybe 350 sold already. The numbers have certainly gone up by about 100 since I started this thread.

As if the club were ever going to charge 22 sheets, to stand on a terrace.
Chrrrrrrrikey. Drama over.

I'm now wondering whether any of the people who managed to convince themselves that a price hike was a piece of commercial genius by the club so normal breathless adulation can go up another level, will now condemn their short sightedness and lack of commercial acumen in not applying a price premium and correcting what turned out to be a cock-up.

When I went on the ticket site last night, and still again this morning, it's a different layout than before. You used to be able to go to the page and click on the area of the ground to choose a ticket and it would tell you how many places were available. Click on Alfreton right now. The 'Buy Tickets' button: purchase.tickets.com/buy/TicketPurchase?agency=BRISTOLGENERAL&organ_val=36869&schedule=list... and you don't get to click on the map. It takes you straight to entering the number of tickets for each area. - East Terrace: is listed as £16 for adults. - South Stand: i've noticed you can also purchase tickets for this section again. I assume they've released more as it was previously advertised as sold out. Perhaps this is due to moving the segregated area, or perhaps tickets that were previously earmarked for schools. Anyway, if there was an error with the East Terrace prices yesterday, it looks like it's been resolved.

Yeah, the additional tickets are £16 now. Just an admin error. At ease, everyone

It did seem to me that the segregation netting had been moved across for the Southport game but that could just have been my imagination

I did put a message on here last night to say it had been resolved after I contacted the club, but it's on page 1.

I got mine for £16 last week. This has to be an error as I don't even think Toni would be that stupid.I think someone at the club has mistakenly used the East Stand price bracket. You obviously don't know the man then - why do you think we are where we are?

Late buyers LAST MINUTE.COM should pay more just like buying flight tickets in my view actually normally its cheaper to buy late That's factually wrong ....an example Ryanair flight Bristol to Barcelona (Girona) bought 3 months in asdvance half the price of buying same ticket to travel on Sunday
Easyjet flight Bristol to Alicante for 1 Sept purchased 8 months ago £28 ...but same flight now £128

I think you've missed the concept of last minute.com to be honest, but yes planning in advance is virtually always cheaper.
