I know exactly how you feel. I have convinced myself that we beat Shrewsbury at Wembley, only because I was rushed into hospital so didn't go I hope you see a vastly improved team and a convincing win mucker. Regardless of my views on the board, the manager has got a squad who give their all for the shirt and that has to be applauded. I tried to get big bro' to come down as well Jools but he was having none of it... ;-) Sadly nor will I. Not at home games anyway. I won't go into my usual rants about the board as I am as tired of talking about it as most are of hearing it. I just hope we get a team that gets promotion and is also giving entertainment value. It really is time to restore the lost pride.

well i watched bath beat em in the trophy and they looked poor, nowt up front on the day, bath got into em early and probably should have score three or four, so anything less than 3pts for gas will be disappointing

Prediction: aliens to land on the pitch at half time causing an abandonment of the match. Darrell Clarke turns out to be the lost saviour of a distant extra-terrestrial civilisation and returns with our visitors to their home planet, dooming us to defeat in the play offs. Attendance 5,968 What a ridiculous prediction! We're bound to get more than 6000.. !!!!!

I thought they linked up ok with Griffin and someone else on left in first half. But they had slow centre halves (one with ponytail that looked not dissimilar to jj) that can def be exploited. Reeves is their biggest threat. Was chatting to some of their fans in pub before match...they said they were bringing two coaches to Bath (that was big away following for them) so: Gas 2-0. 6789 (101).

Frustrating poor quality draw or defeat. Why? I'm making my first appearance at the Mem on Saturday (been twice away this season, outclassed at Barnet in August when I left after 65 mins and the 2-2 draw at Aldershot where the first half was woeful but improved in the second). My record for last 8 'live' games I've seen over last couple of seasons is W0 D1 L7 - after seeing Torquay and Mansfield at home at the end of last season I vowed never to set foot in the Mem again! But I'm finally back but I'm bound to bring bad luck and pish poor football - it always is when I'm there! I think when I first started attending live games again around 2002/03 I went on a 12 game non winning run I think, it got so bad my brother suggested I had another 40 year break from it ! Anyhoo's since then I've become a season ticket holder, my brother has stopped attending and of course everything has just been perfect.....lol

A Rovers win tomorrow combined with Barnet failing to beat Grimsby and we will go top with a win over Braintree on Tuesday. That would really spice things up.

So its mighty Altrincham tomorrow going for the double over us. Must comment that many seem to think it will be a struggle. Now that doesn't really equate to all the stick I get when I express my views about this team and manager. Funny that. For me it should be 4-0 tomorrow. We are Bristol Rovers we have crowds of 6-7000. We are full timers. They get about a thousand and I think are part timers. Good luck tomorrow. Demand better Gas heads.

Yep our next 2 games should be EASY wins, yet they are 2 of the 4 teams to have beaten us. I accept losing to Barnet and FGR, but really? The mighty Altrincham and Braintree have beat us this season. For me the turning point was not Altrincham, it was Braintree as we only have 1 loss since then (1 in 27).

Scrappy win by the odd goal I think, we nerver really win comfortably, do we? Same for Braintree but let's remember these two teams next up for us resulted in defeats so really am a little concerned UTG
