I am finding it difficult to understand why the High Court challenge has gone unnoticed by the media (with the exception of the Bristol Sports Post). Panorama did a great programme on Tesco's and some of their land deals, and no one was even thinking of taking them to court.
So are we not unique in doing this? If so why is it not in the papers or on the TV? I can understand The Mirror not wanting to get involved as a Labour Party supporter, (Lord Sainsbury is a benefactor), but I thought some of the others would love to report it. Lets face it. It is more news worthy than 90% of the crap in the papers. Who is interested in the bloody Baftas or "someone who was on the tele once in the jungle"
Shouldn't a minnow taking on a giant more important? I thought the British always rooted for the underdog. www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-bristol-30899847 www.itv.com/news/west/update/2015-01-20/bristol-rovers-to-take-sainsburys-to-high-court/

Yeh but those are just local news sites. I doubt that Outraged of Surbiton reads them. We need THE DAILY MAIL! Most-read online newspaper in the world. Much as I hate 'em.

Yes but that's mainly for all the celebrity sniping - but may there's an angle that involves Nick Higgs pouring his curves into an unflattering grey suit....

It's not going unnoticed by the media, apparently Gulf Weekly are doing a full front page article on the subject!
