Hi Guys first post here ,I have been on nonleague.pitchero.com/leagues/the-skrill-football-conference-2027/ and noticed lots of clubs signing and letting go ... I find it worrying as with J Wards lack off activity in the transfer market by us last season.... that probably all the best players will be snapped up and we will get the left overs... hope D Clark is working hard in the background ...I would welcome your thoughts on this :goal:

Most of the signings moving to clubs in our division I wouldn't have touched with a bargepole, so no panic yet from me, as we still have 26 days until the start of pre-season anyway.

Managers always return to former clubs to pluck their favourite players or go looking for former favourites that have moved on. Ward did that before running out of contacts. So far there's been rumours of a Hartlepool player and a Salisbury player.

So far there's been rumours of a Hartlepool player and a Salisbury player. It's funny you should say that, i was just reading the following article, with the follow paragraph: "When the average lifespan of a manager is so short, they're going to think, 'Why would I plan for the future, when I might be gone in six months? Bollocks to that!' Instead of signing a young player, they're going to bring in a 31-year-old who's got a proven record, who they've worked with before. It's a very short-term view." www.theguardian.com/football/2014/mar/09/premier-league-football-clubs-computer-analysts-managers-data-winning
