KM has I believe be banned from the Mem. Is that for his offensive hairstyle?

KM has I believe be banned from the Mem. I liked your post because that figures and makes sense, but I think that's a shame and don't like the fact unless something grossly wrong has happened.

Not sure about that. The battle appeared to be Wael Vs Jim. Ken has a lot to answer for as well. Gorringe was out of his depth running the shop. This doesn't end well for him. Gorringe sought funding to create the shop! And the Thatcher's Bar. And the East Terrace bar. He must've impressed as 2 promotions in 1 year is pretty good. . Oh yea, KM.... where is he these days? A dignified statement and looking forward to see what the 2 newbies stepping up can do moving forward... An educated guess is nothing more than the last two were able to do. They will be ignored if they don’t follow the narrative. I had some good chats with BSS and i was sometimes a lone voice in defending him, back on the old official forum. I hope that, at the very least, they will be invited to meetings

TW was promoted after BG was dismissed, promotion doesn't necessarily reward success at Rovers!

I think that it is an excellent step forward. I have previously argued that the SC should fold, but I have seen enough to think now that there is the chance to rebuild it and to draw a line under what has gone on before.
There is much to be done if they are to get back to the membership levels of 20 years ago. The Share Scheme needs to be revisited and relaunched to ring fence it and preserve the idea of supporters representation within the board room. It cannot possibly achieve the original objective so some sort of reset is required and I'd love to have a positive reason to re-join it.
I know Helen Wigmore and think that she will be excellent in her role, I don't know Steve Lamble but wish him well. I think there is a case for them probably being open to being reselected/elected after 12 months or so.
What I really want to see is honesty and an open attitude from them both. The trouble with some of the previous incumbents is that they seemed to be in self-preservation mode for much of the time instead of truly representing supporters. What happened over the last three years is truly inexcusable and it is clear where the blame lies, lets never see the Supporters Club slip back there again.
Regards
John Malyckyj
