On JB telling us he could give Rovers their "day in the sun",I hope he was'nt talking about yesterdays wheather. I certainly am not walking around with my chest pumped out and with pride in the club, i normally would have said my club but it feels alien to me now and i do not feel i play a part in anything. Christ on a bike, even my ted mates aren’t taking the p155 Picture where Brighton are today and that can be us in 10 years time. They have been where we are. So have Swansea, Hull, Fulham, Bournemouth and since the turn of the century too.

Fair enough. Thanks for the correction. So now he's just part of the BoD that hasn't called time of this madness. We aren't getting promoted this season with B***** in charge, that's obvious to everybody already, so what are we waiting for, by B*****'s own standards he has to go. As said previously, it's a funny old time at Rovers. Widdrington's reward for abject failure, a place on the BoD. What have I failed to understand here? Only at Rovers. Widdrington assembled a squad on a healthy budget that managed to get relegated in bottom place in League 1, 10 points from safety. As a reward he was promoted to the Board and his sole job was to then loan out the same players he signed who were obviously not good enough in the first place. I presume when they're all loaned out, his employment will be terminated? Because he won't have a job to do. Perhaps he's holding a few back to retain his position. Think it's getting youth players out for loans. The way I understood it us that he did not recruit the squad. The manager outlines his plans and the type of player he wants for certain positions. TW provides a list of players who are/may be available. The manager is the one who builds the team. TW provided GC a list of, what he thought, were good players but GC wanted others, like Abs. He got who he wanted. There was talk by Little that Garner did not get all the players he wanted. He never explained why not, could be other reasons like budget etc. Would like to see a list of all players bought in under TW remit and see where they are now.
